The Minister of Works, Hon. Innocent Bashungwa, has dismissed the manager of TANROADS in Lindi Region, Eng. Andrea Kasamwa for failing to manage the rehabilitation of road infrastructure and bridges in Liwale District in Lindi Region. He also failed to send an expert with a philosophy profession to assist citizens when the contractor was away from the work site.
Bashungwa, while inspecting the road infrastructure in Liwale District and dissatisfied with the management of the work by the Roads Authority (TANROADS) in Lindi Region, took this action today, 06 March 2024.
